• Apartment & Condo Cleaning: Specialized cleaning services designed for apartments and condominiums.

• Eco-Friendly Cleaning: Use of environmentally safe products for those who prioritize sustainability.

• One-Time Cleaning: A single deep clean for occasions such as spring cleaning or post-event cleanup.

• Occasional Cleaning: Flexible cleaning options for sporadic needs.

• Home Cleaning: Comprehensive home cleaning tailored to your specifications.

• Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Thorough cleaning services designed for tenants moving in or out of a property.

• Special Event Cleaning: Pre-event setup and post-event cleanup services.

Commercial Cleaning Services

• Recurring Commercial Cleaning: Regularly scheduled cleaning for offices and commercial spaces.

Subscription Plans

We are in the process of developing a subscription plan that will allow customers to receive regular cleaning services at a discounted rate. Details regarding this plan will be provided on our website once available.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling

Customers can schedule cleaning services through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email. All scheduled appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellations

Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. We understand that emergencies happen; however, timely communication helps us manage our schedule effectively.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for all services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery. We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods such as PayPal. Prices for all services will be clearly communicated prior to service delivery, ensuring transparency regarding costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing access to their premises during the scheduled service time. This includes ensuring that doors are unlocked and any necessary entry codes are provided in advance. Additionally:

• Customers should secure pets in a separate area during the cleaning process for their safety and the safety of our staff.

• Valuables should be stored away from areas where cleaning will take place; while we take care when handling items within your home or business, we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during service.

6. Liability Limitations

While we strive for excellence in our cleaning services, Dust Busters Cleaning Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

In cases where damage occurs due to negligence on our part during service provision, customers must report such incidents within 24 hours after completion of service so that we can investigate appropriately.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dust Busters Cleaning Solutions LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website at www.dustbusters.com. Your continued use of our Services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

2. If informal resolution fails within thirty (30) days from initial contact regarding a dispute, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted under Florida law rather than through court proceedings.
